Rev. Kofi A. Boafo is a distinguished international customer service consultant, keynote speaker, and master facilitator with over 25 years of experience in customer engagement and service excellence.
As the founder and Group CEO of Customer Service Training Consult, he has dedicated his career to empowering businesses through superior customer service delivery.
His professional journey spans both the public and private sectors, including senior roles such as:

  • Foreign Currency Manager in a UK bank for 5 years
  • Office Manager in the UK Cabinet Office for 6 years
  • Senior Office Manager in Banking & Finance, the National Health Service (London), and PricewaterhouseCoopers (London)
  • Trainer of the 10,000-strong volunteer team for the 2012 London Olympics

Rev. Boafo holds an MBA in International Relations from London University and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Essex University, UK. He also holds professional certification in accounting and finance.
